One of the best steakhouse/restaurants in Seattle. Food and service are always amazing. I would recommend this place for any occasion.

FlintCreek was excellent all-around. The service was superb, the space is beautiful, and the food was killer. If it's out of your price range - stop by for their happy hour! They have great deals on food and cocktails ($8 for a cocktail in Seattle is seriously hard to come by). The spicy margarita was just right. The prime filet medallions are melt-in-your mouth good and the blue cheese topping and walnuts are delectable. The mussels were our second favorite. They come bathed in a jalapeño charred lime butter sauce - YUM! I can't wait to come back.

Came here for an anniversary. Excellent ambiance and vibe. Service at the door and manager was excellent, server was just fine, nothing bad, just nothing spectacular given how diverse the menu is. Lots of interesting things on the menu. Pricey. Prime rib was excellent. Boar shoulder was on the salty side, even by shoulder standards.

Returned to FlintCreek Cattle Co for round two with their legendary butcher burger. This hidden gem is only available during happy hour (4-5:30pm), but it's worth planning your day around. Snagged a seat at the bar, where the service is as warm as the atmosphere. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation. Now, about that burger: it's a masterpiece. A juicy patty cooked to your liking, crowned with creamy blue cheese that melts into every crevice. The sweet caramelized onions and tangy Worcestershire aioli create a perfect flavor balance, all embraced by a soft potato bun that somehow contains this glorious mess. The 90-minute window adds to its mystique, but it's absolutely worth the effort. The cozy bar setting enhances the experience, but let's be real - I'm here for that burger. Already plotting visit number three. If you're a burger enthusiast, this is your Seattle pilgrimage. Just be warned: it might ruin other burgers for you!

Delicious happy hour at reasonable prices in the Greenwood neighborhood. Hubby and I sampled the tuna tartare, venison pate, pickled veggies and the butcher burger. We enjoyed everything! However, we did agree that we prefer a mousse textured pate over the country style, which did not preclude us from finishing this off. For dessert, we had the strawberry rhubarb crisp topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This was good, but then I'm wondering would I have been more satisfied had I ordered the banana split? Outstanding service goes to Cruz! He was helpful in every way and checked on us at appropriate intervals. We hope to come back to try the Delmonico steak and potatoes au gratin that our neighbors were having.

FlintCreek salvaged a sad experience at their next-door neighbor, Bar Sur Mer. We dropped in on a busy Friday night on a wing and a prayer, no reservation, and the host seated us immediately (someone else's last minute cancellation was our gain!). Carrie, our very capable and friendly server, took care of us so graciously. She made thoughtful suggestions about the menu items, answered questions about the drink menu, and demonstrated a warmth that was really lacking at our prior stop that night. The food was great - generously portioned for sharing, well-cooked, delicious. The little touches really make the dishes there (fried basil leaves on the burrata, herb salad on the eggplant, whipping the butter for the Sea Wolf sourdough). The beverages were balanced and delivered swiftly to the table before the food arrived. This is a well-run establishment. We'll definitely be back.
